Walk into JULEP and the first thing you notice is the scale: soaring 21-foot gabled ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, crisp white walls, and a bright main hall that gives an event room to make an entrance.
But JULEP’s real draw is what you can do with it. Across 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, custom room dividers can reshape the main hall, while the courtyard, patio, bar, and private rooms create natural places for cocktails, breakout sessions, VIP moments, or an entirely different chapter of the event. A gala can feel cinematic. A conference can move from presentation to reception without leaving the property. A celebration can look nothing like the one held here the night before.

JULEP can accommodate events of up to 750 guests, depending on your format and layout. With 32,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the venue can be configured for everything from large receptions and galas to conferences, festivals, and more intimate gatherings.
Absolutely! JULEP was designed to let an event move beyond the main hall. The adjoining courtyard, patio, and bar areas create additional space for cocktail hours, food service, networking, breakout moments, or simply giving guests a change of scenery.
Custom-built room dividers are included with the venue rental and can be used to create distinct spaces within JULEP Hall. That gives you the flexibility to host different portions of your event under one roof without making guests travel between venues.
You’re welcome to work with JULEP’s preferred vendors or bring in your own. Outside caterers are permitted for an additional fee, giving you greater flexibility to build the event around your vision.
Bar service is provided exclusively by Snake Oil Cocktail Company. Packages can be customized with craft beer, curated wines, premium spirits, signature cocktails, and specialty experiences designed around your event. Outside alcohol is not permitted under JULEP’s ABC license.
JULEP includes many of the essentials planners would otherwise need to source separately, including tables, chairs, standard linens, custom room dividers, portable heaters, standard cleaning, security, and on-site parking. Additional AV, staging, lighting, upgraded rentals, and production options are also available.
Yes! JULEP offers private on-site parking, along with additional parking options in the surrounding area. Because JULEP’s current public materials list different parking-space totals, the venue team can confirm the exact parking allocation available for your event.
We have several! The Rosebud Room and Derby Room give you separate spaces that can serve as private lounges, green rooms, meeting or breakout spaces, or getting-ready areas depending on the event.
We offer Wi-Fi and sound capabilities, with additional AV packages available for presentations, staging, microphones, screens, projectors, lighting, and more complex production needs.
JULEP doesn’t have a venue curfew, which makes it especially flexible for longer events, multi-day productions, and overnight setup or breakdown. However, alcohol may not be served or consumed between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Please confirm your final event hours with the JULEP team when booking.
