The Chapel is a beautiful venue & the production team did a great job setting up the candles. The string quartet was amazing! We highly recommend this venue to see a candlelight concert!

San Diego History Live Here.
Built in 1942 at San Diego’s Naval Training Center, CHAPEL brings authentic history to every gathering. Beneath its soaring arches, original stained glass and beautifully restored Douglas Fir floors, your event unfolds in a space filled with character no modern venue could recreate.
The 4,000-square-foot main hall creates a dramatic setting for larger gatherings, while a 600-square-foot side chapel and 3,000+ square feet of connected outdoor space give you flexibility to create intimate moments, cocktail hours and celebrations that flow beautifully from one setting to the next.
This isn’t a venue made to look historic. It’s the real thing and an

CHAPEL offers three connected outdoor spaces that add more than 3,000 square feet for cocktail hours, receptions, guest arrival, and other open-air portions of your event.
You’re welcome to work with CHAPEL’s preferred vendors or bring in your own. Outside caterers are permitted for an additional fee, giving you more flexibility to shape the event you have in mind.
Yes. Bar service is provided by Snake Oil Cocktail Company, with customizable options designed around the style and scale of your event.
CHAPEL includes tables and chairs, an AV/sound system, two private suites, and access to its indoor and outdoor event spaces. The venue team can walk you through the exact setup options and available inventory for your event.
There are two private suites available on-site, giving hosts, speakers, performers, or members of your event party a private place to prepare before the celebration begins.
